Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 19, 2026 · Last Updated: October 19, 2026
1.Introduction
Welcome to PipelineEdge. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the PipelineEdge website, https://pipelineedge.in, and the information, resources, and services made available through it.
PipelineEdge provides B2B sales outsourcing, lead generation, inbound lead management, digital marketing, AI-powered sales solutions, and sales training services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
2.Scope of Services
PipelineEdge may offer B2B lead generation and sales outsourcing; outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and SDR services; inbound lead management and qualification; digital marketing, SEO, and social media marketing; AI-powered sales agents, sales automation tools, and related solutions; sales training, assessments, and Sales Academy programs; and consulting, market research, and go-to-market support.
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and responsibilities for a paid engagement will be set out in a proposal, order form, statement of work, subscription terms, or separate written agreement, as applicable. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding a particular service, the signed agreement will generally govern that engagement to the extent of the conflict.
3.Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems, or accounts; introduce malicious code, disrupt website operations, or interfere with security features; copy, scrape, or extract website content or data using automated means in violation of applicable law or our express restrictions; misrepresent your identity or authority to act for a company; or use our website or services to infringe another person's rights or violate applicable law.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, users, services, or legal interests.
4.Enquiries, Proposals, and Engagements
Submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation, booking a demonstration, or receiving a proposal does not automatically create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance of an engagement.
Any commercial engagement is subject to mutual agreement on the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, deliverables, timelines, and other applicable conditions. We reserve the right to decline a proposed engagement where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual obligations.
5.Fees and Payments
Fees, billing schedules, taxes, payment methods, and other commercial terms will be communicated in the relevant proposal, order form, invoice, subscription terms, or client agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due according to the payment terms stated in the applicable invoice or agreement; applicable taxes and transaction charges may be payable in addition to quoted fees; delays in payment may affect service delivery or access to paid services, subject to the applicable agreement and law; and any late fees, interest, suspension rights, or collection costs must be specified in the relevant agreement and permitted by law. Do not rely on website descriptions alone as a binding quotation or guarantee of a particular commercial arrangement.
6.Lead Generation and Sales Services
PipelineEdge provides sales development and lead generation support intended to help businesses identify prospects, conduct outreach, qualify opportunities, and develop their sales pipelines.
Lead generation and sales outcomes depend on factors including market conditions, the client's offering, pricing, target audience, competition, prospect responsiveness, and sales execution. Unless expressly guaranteed in a signed agreement, we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, meetings, conversions, customers, revenue, or closed deals. Lead qualification criteria, reporting standards, exclusions, replacement policies, and performance commitments will be defined in the applicable engagement agreement where relevant. Clients remain responsible for their products, services, pricing, sales claims, contracts, and fulfilment of commitments made to their customers.
7.Digital Marketing and SEO
Digital marketing, SEO, social media, and related services are subject to platform policies, search engine algorithms, competition, audience behaviour, and other factors outside our control.
PipelineEdge does not guarantee specific search rankings, website traffic, advertising performance, engagement, leads, or revenue unless an express and lawful commitment is made in a separate written agreement. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the claims, materials, images, trademarks, and other content they provide for campaigns are accurate and authorised for use.
8.AI Sales Tools and Automation
PipelineEdge may offer AI-powered sales agents, prospect research, workflow automation, content generation, and related tools. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and verifying material information before relying on it. AI tools should not be treated as a substitute for appropriate human judgment, professional advice, or independent verification.
Results may depend on third-party systems, integrations, data sources, usage limits, and service availability. You must use AI tools, contact data, email outreach, calling features, and automation capabilities in accordance with applicable laws, platform rules, and the relevant product terms. You must not use our tools to facilitate fraud, unlawful discrimination, harassment, spam, unauthorised access, or other unlawful activity. Any free trial, paid subscription, usage limits, cancellation rules, and product-specific conditions will be communicated separately where applicable.
9.Sales Academy and Training Programs
PipelineEdge may offer training, assessments, career development programs, and internship opportunities.
Unless expressly stated in a written agreement or official program description, program fees, duration, eligibility, curriculum, and assessment criteria will be communicated before enrolment; participation does not guarantee employment, placement, internship selection, or a particular career outcome; any internship or practical opportunity is subject to eligibility, assessment, availability, and selection; and participants are responsible for providing accurate application information and completing program requirements. Any program-specific cancellation, refund, attendance, assessment, or certification terms will be provided separately where applicable.
10.Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the PipelineEdge name, logo, website design, original website content, graphics, materials, and other content created by PipelineEdge are owned by or licensed to PipelineEdge and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use website content for personal or internal business evaluation purposes. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our content without permission, except where permitted by law. Ownership and permitted use of client deliverables, campaign materials, software, AI outputs, and other work created during a paid engagement will be governed by the relevant written agreement. You retain ownership of materials you lawfully own and provide to us, subject to any licence needed to perform the agreed services.
11.Confidentiality and Client Information
Where PipelineEdge and a client exchange confidential information, the parties may be subject to confidentiality obligations in a separate agreement.
You should not submit confidential, sensitive, or restricted information through general website forms unless the submission is necessary and the channel is appropriate for that information. Any specific data processing, security, confidentiality, or information-handling obligations for an engagement should be documented in the applicable agreement.
12.Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in that Policy, subject to applicable law and any additional consent required.
If you provide personal information belonging to another individual, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authority and legal basis to provide it to us.

14.Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PipelineEdge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from the use of our website or services.
For paid services, any applicable liability limits, exclusions, and remedies should be set out in the relevant client or subscription agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16.Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims or losses arising from your unlawful use of our website or services, your infringement of third-party rights, or your material breach of these Terms.
This provision does not apply to the extent a claim or loss results from PipelineEdge's own conduct for which it is legally responsible. Any broader indemnity obligations relating to a paid engagement must be agreed in the applicable written contract.
17.Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to our website or a service where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse, or a material breach of applicable terms.
Termination of a paid engagement, including notice periods, outstanding payments, refunds, and post-termination obligations, will be governed by the applicable client, subscription, or program agreement and applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including applicable intellectual property, confidentiality, payment, and liability provisions, will survive to the extent legally permitted.
18.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, or legal obligations. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated Last Updated date.
